In the same way that fashion designers present their collections of haute couture season after season, Yves Delorme presents a major collection of home fashions every spring and introduces additional designs in the fall. To make room for new patterns, older ones are discontinued—often after only one year—and these are what you will find here on ydarchives.com. Discontinued patterns are not available in our regular retail stores or at Yves Delorme Corners, but we make them available to you here at exceptional savings. As in our outlet stores, all sales are final, so please shop carefully to ensure correct sizes, etc. Only a limited selection of discontinued items is available here. The ydarchives.com website will feature different discontinued products on a regular basis. Our products are offered for sale up to the limit of available stocks. YD Archives cannot guarantee that any product will not be out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
If an item that you have selected becomes unavailable after you have confirmed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone and provide you with the option to order a different item offered on the ydarchives.com web site or to cancel your order.
• Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that the prices of individual items on this web site are correct. However, should there be an error in pricing, we reserve the right to notify the customer of the correct price and give the customer the option to purchase the item at the correct price.
• Ordering & Order Confirmation
To order an item online, simply enter a quantity and click the "Add to Bag " button at the bottom of the page. Use the "Reset" button to erase your choices. You may view your order or begin checking out at any time by using the "Review/Checkout" button at the bottom of the page or the "Shopping Bag " icon at the top right of the page. When you have finished shopping, you will be asked for shipping and payment information. Once you have submitted your order, you will see a summary page that may be printed out for your records, and you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
Orders are processed once you click on the "Submit Order" option. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to YD Archives for processing and may not be changed or cancelled except as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
• Payment
All orders are payable in US dollars through the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept credit cards from countries other than the United States. We do not charge your credit card until your stocked items are shipped. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you the prices, taxes, and shipping costs for the goods available.
• Sales tax
Virginia shipping addresses only will have a 5% sales tax added to their total.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Delivery zone
We ship to customers in the United States only, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America. Yves Delorme, Inc., will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided.
• Shipping
Your items usually will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt of the order. If items in your order are coming from different locations, you may receive multiple shipments, but will be charged only for a single shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive e-mail notification of the shipping date and UPS tracking number.

• Problems of Delivery
Any failure to deliver or late delivery should be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of seventeen (17) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order. You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery.
IF THE BOX IS OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED OR HAS BEEN OPENED, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE DELIVERY.
RETURN POLICY / PROCEDURE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless we shipped you an item that you did not order. In the case of damaged merchandise, YD Archives will replace the damaged item with the same product once we receive your return. If the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund once we receive your return. Returns cannot be accepted if an item has been washed. Returns must include all tags and product inserts and the sales receipt must accompany returned items. Please retain a copy for your records.
In the case of damaged or shipping errors, please e-mail our customer service department (eservice@yvesdelorme.com) within 5 days of receipt for return instructions and a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container. YD Archives cannot be held responsible for packages sent without an authorized RMA number.
Goods purchased via the ydarchives.com web site may not be exchanged or returned at
Yves Delorme outlet stores, regular retail stores, corners, or other independent retail stores.
